1-Why did you choose to sell on Etsy/ and do you sell anywhere else?
I found etsy totally by accident, I saw it featured on a blog. I thought it was such an amazing place - its great to feel part of a wider community of other crafters - handmade seems to be so important in this world of mass produced imports. Its been really lovely to etsy grow and grow. I had just started knitting and doing my artwork again, so it was a "no brainer" to sell on etsy.

2- What is your fave thing to buy on Etsy (whether it be supplies or gifts etc.)
Etsy is a great place to buy supplies, because it caters for all kinds of crafters, ie jewlery makers to card crafters, so its a great place to pick up all kinds of supplies, and cheaply too. My other favorite thing would be jewelry, either something by
Deliasthompson or Treanelli.

3-What is your current fave product/SELLER(not in your store) under 20$?
My favorite product at the moment would be any of the
magnet sets by Paperplated, very pretty and useful and they come with a matching tin too! I'm a great fan of Japanese washi paper, so it would be anything featuring that.

4- Any advice for new sellers?
My advice for new sellers would be to make things that you would like to buy - be individual, don't get sucked into the main stream trends. Be friendly and helpful to your customers, and re list regularly, to keep your items fresh in the listings. Don't get despondent if you don't get a sale straight away - if you truly love what you do, and believe in the items you create, people will find you.

5-And a favorite quote?
Seek and ye shall find ! If you have an item in your mind's eye, chances are you will probably find it on etsy !
