The keychain is made from a real, used license plate that has been cleaned, cut, and filed! The edges have been rounded and are not sharp at all. The keychains measure approximately 3"tall x 1.5"wide. In addition to being a functional keychain, they also make great gift tags, and adorable ornaments for your Christmas tree!

1. Why did you choose to sell on Etsy and do you sell anywhere else?
I chose to sell on Etsy because I loved shopping on Etsy! I like to shop handmade when possible, and from small businesses when I can. The fact that Etsy reaches a worldwide audience was a plus!
2. What is your fave thing to buy on Etsy (whether it be supplies or gifts etc.)
I love to buy gifts… for pretty much everyone. I love buying vintage and hard to find items as well. I think Etsy gift cards are going to be my new “go-to gift”.
3. What is your current fave product(not in your store) under 20$?
I have a small obsession with washi tape. I have to be honest though… I’ve never used it on or for anything. I just think it looks so darn cute!
4. Any advice for new sellers?
My advice for new sellers is to be patient and to do lots of research. Success won’t come overnight, but with the right attitude, focus and determination, it will come.
5. And a favorite quote?
I have so many favorite quotes. One of them is by Dave Ramsey…”It’s ok to make mistakes, just don’t make the same one twice.”

1-Why did you choose to sell on Etsy/ and do you sell anywhere else? - I found etsy through a friend who purchased a lot of items on here. When I found it, I absolutely fell in love with it. It brings so many customers to your business who might not have found it on just a .com site. I do sell my products at art shows and festivals, but etsy is the only website.
2- What is your fave thing to buy on Etsy (whether it be supplies or gifts etc.) I love to buy jewelry. You can get the most fabulous original pieces from truly gifted artists. I'm the type of girl that loves to have something that no one else has! Etsy is the perfect gift site as well.
3-What is your current fave product(not in your store) under 20$? On etsy? Not sure I quite understand this question. I love the scrabble tile pendants that are on here. They are sold by several different vendors.
4- Any advice for new sellers? Do not be discouraged if you do not make a sale right away. Be persistant and definitely take advantage of the showcase options etsy offers. They are a great way to attract buyers!

1-Why did you choose to sell on Etsy/ and do you sell anywhere else?
I had Etsy in the back of my mind for a few years before I started selling online...when I was ready to make the move, it was the obvious choice. And I'm so happy that I made the jump! I still sell my work in person, at a few shows and wholesale to B&M boutiques and museum shops.
2- What is your fave thing to buy on Etsy (whether it be supplies or gifts etc.)
I love buying gifts on Etsy--they are always so unique and make a big impression on the recipient. In fact, this year I've bought most of my Christmas gifts here and I can't wait to hear all the "oohs" and "ahs" on Christmas morning!
3-What is your current fave product(not in your store) under 20$?
Right now I'm adoring these recycled cufflinks from 2ReVert and just wishing I knew a guy who actually dresses up!
4- Any advice for new sellers?
Never stop trying to improve. I look back on my pictures and descriptions from when I started selling on Etsy and wonder why anyone even wanted to buy from me! You can always make things better so if you aren't selling, take a step back--redo your photos, evaluate your tags & sign up for Google Analytics. And listen to other people's advice! Sometimes they really do know what they are talking about and can even suggest new product ideas that you would never have dreamed of.
5-And a favorite quote?
"In the end, we are nothing more than smoke and memories...and maybe we might even become fairytales, someday."

1-Why did you choose to sell on Etsy/ and do you sell anywhere else?
I left eBay where I had been selling vintage costume jewelry since 1999. I found etsy in 1996 and decided to open my shop Emmas Gems. After a awhile I decided to open this shop to list my handmade jewelry. I enjoy making jewelry and I am always changing my focus! I have a short attention span and like to try lots of new things.I have another shop on etsy where I list my handmade jewelry supplies Sweet Vintage Emma. I also have a new shop on Artfire under my emmasgems ID. I just started over there but thought I'd give it a try.
2- What is your fave thing to buy on Etsy (whether it be supplies or gifts etc.)
Well, I buy a lot of supplies for a few of my shops. I think I spend most of what I make buying more supplies on etsy! I always need something! I have bought many gifts for my family too so it's a tie!
3-What is your current fave product(not in your store) under 20$?
Gorgeous magnets from rafya.
This is just one of many!
4- Any advice for new sellers?
To list new items as often as possible to keep your shop at the top of searches. Always work on making your shop the best it can be with good photos, etc. If you can afford to: renew once a day when you don't have new products to list. Pay attention to your shop. Answer questions quickly! I could go on all day!

1-Why did you choose to sell on Etsy/ and do you sell anywhere else?
We chose Etsy because it is such a great community of amazingly talented people. We spend hours just looking at all the stuff we didn’t know we wanted until we saw it and you know the buyers who are on here are looking for the same thing. There are so many fantastic items and they are sensibly priced. We are very thankful for Etsy.

We are really big into buying stuff for our new pup Keitha. We are looking to purchase a sweater for her but there are so many wonderful vendors I just don’t know who to buy from and gifts for the holidays. I want to buy at least one thing for each of our family off etsy.

OMG We didn’t even think twice to buy it! The wooden dinosaur we just bought for our nephew from Banished. He is going to love it! All of the other stuff in their shop so neat, we just might have to buy more….

PICTURES! PICTURES! PICTURES! Everyone needs to see what you are selling and if your pics can’t do your items justice then your going to run into problems. Also believe in what you are doing because if you don’t, who will?

1-Why did you choose to sell on Etsy/ and do you sell anywhere else?
I chose to sell on Etsy because I really appreciated that this was a website dedicated to those who created something and wanted to share that with others. You can find very unique and one-of-a-kind items, as well as things which are personally handcrafted for you! What kind of store does that?! I also find it extremely affordable compared to other websites. I find more things on this website that I would buy than at actual stores. I occasionally sell things on ebay and my other Etsy site, Pinskiphoto11.

4- Any advice for new sellers?
Start slowly and figure out what works before investing your money. I like to renew an item even if it's not expired so that it can get relisted.
